Beer Can Chicken

Used the Craycort Chicken seat to do a beer can chicken. Used one of those Grillmates garlic, herb and wine marinades but I injected into the bird rather than marinade. Added some Mrs Dash heerb blend seasoning to the outside and just a touch of seas salt.

The Chicken seat I used. I filled the cavity with the leftover marinade and I had some leftover beef broth I didn't want to throw away so I pit that in the cavity too.

When the chicken was almost done I added a Craycort solid pan and roasted up some frozen corn.

Cut a head of Romaine lettuce in half and grilled it


Made a salad buy mixing the grilled romaine with the other half of Romaine, added cucumber, tomatoes, the corn, some , added some chicken along with a big bowl of Sausage and Kale soup. Chicken turned out really juicy and flavorful, Thanks for looking!!!
 
As always, John, it all looks really good, and the skin on your chicken looks might crisp from here. Pretty cool use of space with the 1/4 grate removed.
 
Once again, John, Great job! The chicken is beautiful. Like how you did the corn. I've been seeing a lot of the grilled romaine. Definitely going to try that too.
 
John, chicken looks spot on. Sure do like the craycort add on's you have there. Might have to look into those.
