last Sunday, while watching The Pack annihilate the Panthers
beef ribs seasoned with Stubb's Beef rub +
turkey wings seasoned with Penzey's Old World on the Weber 26" OTG

a snack at halftime...

while the ribs continued on...

served five hours later with roasted cauliflower and baked Russets

the next day
brats

with onions and bacon

plated in large brat buns smothered with the onions and pig...
next to sun pickles and pickled beans with broccoli

Tuesday brought out brined pork chops dry-Jerk seasoned including fresh lime juice

small Hasselback potatoes with burnt gaaaalic atop...

with various sautéed peppers and leeks with garden fresh carrots completing dinner

and finally last night... marinated half a dozen of chicken THIGHS in wet Jerk

indirect on the large Weber with apple for smoke

I did move them over the heat to crisp them a bit...

after an hour or so, those were enjoyed with more brocc and a half of a skillet-baked spud.

Yum, yum, and yum! Everything is grade A lookin, especially the pork chops! My wife doesn't care to much for pork chops so we rarely have them here, but I love them!
