Badger Brats

Before my favourite B1G team polished off the Ducks from Oregon, we paid homage to our soon to be State Flag...

...then fired up the Weber kettle to grill up some Badger Brats

they're beer and onion brats with cheddar cheese in them... pretty much like all Badger brats.

tossed on some LampeBacon chubs along side the brats...

...as the brats continues to grill-away...

they were served on King's Hawaiian dinner rolls sliced the traditional way with additional slices of Wisconsin cheese beneath.
Also, a generous portion of warm red slaw & peppers on the side
