started with two very large chicken breasts (forget what the seasoning is)

direct to sear then indirect for what seemed like hours

liz & I shared one breast, they were soo big... sliced and served with Brussels sprouts & taters

the next night we grilled a few from the freezer Chuck Eyes

seasoned those with some samples a friend sent me

plated that supper with asparagus, mushrooms and more taters

then last night we got some hot crash potatoes started

seasoned a couple of thin pork steaks with pig salt

a little apple wood and direct to sear then off to the side to finish slowly

these were soaking overnight in chicken broth

near the end, I slapped on a little bita sauce

then served dinner with the taters & more 'sparagus

That is what I was going to say Bob. Those chickens in Wisconsin must be eating right! Makes you wonder how big the legs
and thighs are! :D Fantastic looking cooks and photos Jim!
 
Well rounded fantastic meals for the week and you hit most of the food groups too, chicken, beef, and pork!!!
