A family affair for Easter.......

We had a full crew over. Paul our oldest son brought his new girlfriend and Eric our youngest son arrived with Jesse. Jesse is from Peru and I’m pretty sure they will be engaged later this year. I started smoking two racks of babybacks around noon and they finished five hours later. Although we have cooked It inside, we have never made Paella on the grill. I bought a Paella pan and we gave it a shot.

Needless to say, between the company and cooking, the Buddy our dog, was in heaven.

Jesse helping out too.

Everyone got in the act and it turned out pretty good.
