I had hoped it would have only taken only 10 to 12, but this 8.5 LBS went 14 hours before giving up the ghost. We were hoping for MadBum pulled pork pizzas, but since it's going to need a least an hour rest (if not more) pizzas will have to wait until tomorrow, fortunately I threw on a rack of ribs, so tonight's Go Giants cook is MadBum ribs (st louis)
5AM - mustard and home made rub
10AM first mopping
11AM second mopping
12 Noon - MadBum Ribs to the mound
1PM mo' moppin'
2PM mop
3PM mop
4:30PM mop the butt, sauce the ribs
7PM (give or take) butt is done
Today's mop is a 50/50 Jim Beam Apple and Motts Apple Juice, with a couple scoops of brown sugar
Tomorrow's cook; Go Giants Pulled Pork Pizzas. Hopefully sweep pizzas...
