I picked up a pork shoulder to make up some ground pork for sausage and a few other things, couldn’t say no at $.89 a pound.
After we ground up the pork Barb made some breakfast sausage with two pounds of it and we discussed what to do with the ½ pound we had after the other four pounds were packaged and in the freezer.
We took a half pound of ground beef and mixed it with the ½ pound of pork along with some Penzeys Bratwurst mix and made some Bratburgers for diner.
Did them on the greenie genesis with the little griddle.

Love it, Rich (and Barb!!) I always try to mix some pork in with my burgers, but 50/50 with brat seasoning sounds like a great twist!
