    Yeah man. Looks very appetizing. I was at Home Depot this weekend and saw some angle irons but need get them cut. Like the idea of the open fire cooking the chicken....seems like it would grill better then traditional shish kabobs. Great job!

    More ribs on New Years Day

    Oh yeah and we made some vinegar based cole slaw. It was a perfect contrast to sweet pork ribs.
