Had some Pork Back Ribs which I never did before defrosting for the big game day today. Decided to do three different rubs Penzeys Galena Street, Texas BBQ Grand Champion and my homemade rub.

Did some of my home made bacon in a Dutch Oven and then did Bush and Black Beans along with a Jalapeno sliced up

Came out good, taste was there but I like my St. Louis ribs better even though there was a ton of meat on these

Beans were excellent and I re-heated some Wings I did the other night on the smoker

Great looking food! Ribs all look great and super meaty.

Peyton put on a show to match the good grub!

Well done. I have been watching football all day while eating snacks and leftover grilled foods. Way to doctor up those beans!

Bill I must say your choice of game day food shows exceptional taste and style.:D. The food looks great also.
