2lbs. Tilapia cut into chunks

All in with 3 tbsp Fish Sauce, 1tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp Tumeric,

Wow Bill, awesome cook. This is one of my favorite dishes when we have Thai Food. It's my go to order at our favorite Thai Restaurant. Your's looks so delicious!

If I ever get to NJ, no point wasting money going to any restaurants.
I'll just book a table for dinner each night, for a week, at Bill's house.
