GrantT TVWBB Pro May 11, 2024 #8 I buy the bone in rack piece then cut it in half and freeze. Love to wet brine to get some extra flavor, then marinate in Italian herbs/olive oil etc and cook indirect around 450-500 degrees until 145ish inside...always fantastic.
