White Xmas Pork Roast

We had the good fortune of snow on Xmas eve and again yesterday.
Got the roast from Costco. Bone in. Cooked it on Performer.

Just got home from picking one up at Costco before the snow happened! Since then, we’ve gotten an inch in the last hour!
