Weekend ribs..

Howdy folks..long time no post..sorry..summer has been busy. Fishing was a bust Saturday so I decided ribs and booze was on the menu Sunday..picked up some baby backs and and beef CSR's for the wifey! Patted them down real good with a home made rub...

Started a fire and had a little booze breakfast!

Fired up the WSM old school with water in the pan..little pecan for some smoke..ya we're cooking now!

WSM doing it's thing under a mostly wet and rainy sky!

Bout the 2 hour mark I foiled these suckers with some butter, brown sugar and maple flavored bourbon..

Beans on the bottom rack!

Ribs looking goooood!!!!!

Glazed them with a little home made number 5!

And all served up with tater salad and beans..

Good stuff right there.. Thanks for looking folks!

Yes Russ...I am ready!! We are hitting the Seahawks/Chargers pre season game on the 15th in Seattle..little before school starts present to my youngest..wanted to hit the Denver game the week prior but we couldn't fit it in!!
