I made wings last week for my daughters 9 th birthday. My brother in law told everyone they were super spicy so my daughter never tried them, she told me after so I promised her I would make them again this weekend. Seasoned the wings in the morning and let them sit in the fridge for about 7 hours. Kpro in the vortex took about 45 mins. Sauced with a spicy BBQ and garlic parmesan. BBQ was sweet baby rays doctored up with butter, ACV, chipotle seasoning, red pepper flakes, black pepper and hot honey. Garlic parmesan was butter, minced garlic that my daughter chopped and grated parmesan.
They were delicious!

They sound and look delish! I love all types of wings but my other half likes them dry and crispy with just Weber’s Kick’n Chicken seasoning. I always experiment with the other half! Hot sauces, garlic parm, Asian etc.

They look great! I like that you use your own spices too! Bin making mine with the vortex now for about 2+ years and haven’t looked back. Great tasting, easy, fast and always a big hit!

Yeah I got the vortex a few years ago too, I don't always use it but it is the best way!

How’s that cooking grate holding-up over the intense heat of the vortex?
