Just me last night for supper.
There was a dab of leftover tri tip, and here's what I did with it:

Chopped up with a dash of Weber's Carne Asada seasoming.

Corn tortillas topped with Hatch Green Chile sauce brought back from CO by my daughter.

One huge mistake is that I only made two, I could have eaten a half dozen!

Happy almost spring everyone!

I'm glad you posted this. I have some leftover tri-tip in the fridge & it will be lunch time soon!

Thanks everyone!

Forgot to mention that I "toasted" the tortillas on one side first, then flipped to apply toppings.

and I finished cooking just as the drizzle became rain.

I like it Bob! Was it canned? It looks really good.

I stayed with some family in CO a few weeks ago & they said that Smashburger has a hatch chile burger in CO that's not available anywhere else.

I believe these are the first documented Tri-Tip Tacos on the planet. Excellent tacos. Photos are beautiful

Thanks again everyone!

Very creative Bob and it looks great. Got to hunt down that Weber's Carne Asada.
Rich,
A local store has all their Weber rubs/seasonings on sale for a buck each.
I had not seen the CA before either, and I thought of you when I also saw Weber's salt-free chicken, steak, and burger seasonings.
Let me know if you can't find these locally and would like to try one or more of them.

trying to wear out those fancy skillets but you're only making all of us hungry....
great looking tostadas Roberto!
really loving your "new" painted Performer table top... weather gets better here, I'm a copy cat.
