Made some of Doug's smoked mushroom dip recently.

Smoked for 90 minutes with maple and apple.
Good stuff as always!
Sunday I went to a French Fete.
I was anxious to try their special recipe French sausage, but wanted to grill them myself so I bought fresh.
Here's some being grilled at the Fete:
Sunday night I grilled one along with a piece of pork loin.
Darn good, spicy but not spicy hot.
The only "plated" shot.
