The Atorvastatin makes me want to live longer. Now I can eat more ribs and bacon and cheese burgers and gravy on my biscuits and ----- you get the picture.
It took a few minutes, but I finally got it. Good one.
Must be too subtle for me - I’ve looked at it several times and still don’t get it…

#1, it looks like he has a long left arm with a foot at the end.
#3, it looks like all there is to the cat is a head and a leg, or arm if you prefer.
#1: right knee is obscured by his left arm.
#3: the cat's body is directly behind him, and it's right front leg & paw are curled up under it's body, with it's left front arm extended across
