The pragmatic Maine farmer joke:
A wealthy Texas rancher is traveling through Maine examining farms and farming techniques.
He stops at a north western Maine potato farm and greets the farmer.
Farmer says, "How can I help you?"
Rancher replies, "Oh I'm all set. Was just admiring your cute little spud farm. You've done a great job here."
Farmer replies, "Thank you. We work hard and take pride in our farm."
The rancher continues, "But I'll tell ya something. Back in Texas, it takes me all day just to drive from one end of my ranch to the other!"
Without missing a beat the Mainer responds, "Ayuh. I used to have a car like that myself."

The weed shop near me sometimes has a guy selling pizza by the slice oin their parking lot! I think thats genius!
