Been on the move the past week and I see I missed a lot of nice cooks. I'll try to catch up. Tonight got Inside Skirt steak dressed with Chef Merito and left to soak up the spices for about half an hour. Then into the bag with orange juice, cilantro, diced red onion and plenty of garlic. In the fridge for a couple of hours.
Made two Taco toppings tonight, Pico di Gallo and Avocado and one Chipolte in Adobo Sauce smashed together
On the little gem tonight
Came out nice. This recipe is our favorite, the flavor is phenomenal.
The CEO made a Bean dish with onions and Black beans and garlic to compliment the meal.
