Sunday tri-tip!

It was a grilling type of day!! After lunch..http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?52182-Lunch-time!!. We chilled to some old navy movies..."the incredible mr. Limpet" and "anchors away"... It was still pretty wet
Outside so it was nice to chill ..here is some wet webers!

Started a little TT with some pecan smoke about 300 degrees!

Bit later!

After about an hour I cranked up the heat..while sipping on a nice home made lemonade and vodka!

Little sear!

Add some sprouts!

TT all sliced and ready!

And plated up with some mushroom stuffed ravioli and Alfredo sauce!

Good stuff folks!! One of my best TT to date although a little over cooked!
