Still Grillin'

& still eetin'... just haven't posted any cooks lately cuz the way I upload my photos has changed for the worst....
need to find an EZpeazy123 way to do it.

but anyway... here are some Flame-cooked burgers I grilled Wednesday night

I am sorry I took no plated shots, the burgers were super juicy and quite delicious....
and then, last night's flame-cooked cowboy steaks...

plated with homemade real crab cakes, sweet taters and broccoli

got lucky, these steaks were grilled JUST RIGHT. and the cakes are simply killer!

Great looking burgers and steaks Jim. Really like your crab cakes also. I had a problem with Photo Bucket for about a week and a half in January but they eventually fixed whatever the problem was. Smooth sailing ever since.

I do have a photobucket account still active, but still looking for something even easier to use.
I like the "shoot&post" option FB type of thing, however not available (that I know of) for forums like our home.

Very nice beef and bird cooks Jim!

My pics are still loading to Picasa albums, and also to Google Photos.
As I understand it they soon will not go to Picasa, just to Google.
GP has an edit feature with adjustment sliders, and an auto adjust that does a pretty good job.
