So Cliff completed this amazing steak cook recently, yeah the one below

And it looked so good that I had to try to recreate it. Got a 0.6 lb Rib Eye and seasoned it just like he did salt and pepper.

Let it go direct for 3 mins then flipped.
3 more minutes on the other side and off the grill.
Let it rest for a few minutes and then cut into it.

I didn't get any plated photos because well it never hit a plate. We actually had grilled chicken salads for dinner, so steak was an appetizer, I guess. I just sliced it up and my daughter and I ate it with our fingers. It was so good, thanks for the inspiration Cliff!

Followed up my fish taco cook with a couple of Rib Eyes from Costco. Had our second 110°+ day in a row, but it was my night to cook. Did a couple of quick steaks, potato and some green beans with garlic and butter. Here's the pictures. The steaks were large so went with a couple smaller...
