All of the players for today's lunch

Wrapped them in bacon, two with par-cooked bacon, two with uncooked bacon

Indirect for a little over 30 minutes

These smelled so good that even Joe turned up for lunch

I struggled just putting these two away for lunch, not as young as I used to be.
Later in the day we went to a small local BBQ Comp and I really liked the name (Grill Billies) and signage of this team from Redding CA.
