Sirloin Tips

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Bought some sirloin steaks and cubed them up then browned them in a CI skillet


Removed the meat and sauteed some onions and mushrooms


added some flour made a roux and added some beef stock to make a gravy. Once the gravy was thick enough the steak was added just long enough to warm up


Green beans cooked in my wok


Made some mashed potatoes and added the beef and gravy over top.
 
You did real good, my Mom used to make that same dish, I think she also used some Gravy Master in it. Comfort food for me big time. Thanks for the memories
 
Mashed taters, gravy and beef, what more can a man ask for? Nothing I tell you.....well maybe a glass of
vino or a beer, but thats it! Great job!

I bought a wok last weekend 'cause of you, John! Some schwag ol' thing with a crusty bottom: I've been afraid to cook with it.
