Felt like steak tonight so stopped at Wegmans and picked up some choice Rib Eye's and a couple packs of their gourmet mushroom mix.
Out for an hour coming to room temp and first seasoned with Weber Chicago Steak seasoning, and after awhile dressed with EVOO.
Shrroms in the CI and potatoes on the boil for mashed. In the CI with diced garlic and a little red onion, butter and EVOO first. Then deglazed with a little red wine, and some Worcestershire and teriyaki, some kosher and fresh ground. They were real good
Steaks on indirect and a real nice Beer for the cook
Went indirect first this time and then on for a sear. Comes out nice both ways for me
On the table with garlic mashed and some Baby Peas and a real nice French Bread, your plate enjoy
