Rotisserie Lamb Potatoes and Gravy

So #1 Son is home from NYC and I promised him a nice meal. Picked up a nice 5 Lbs Aussie boned Leg of Lamb Roast.
Opened it up and sliced up plenty of garlic and made slits and inserted all over the inside, Kosher and Fresh Ground, Fresh Sage and Fresh Rosemary.

Found Baby Yukons for the first time around here, cut and EVOO'd, Onion powder, S&P, and diced garlic. That gigantic Lemon is from our tree in the house. In the pan is butter sage garlic and rosemary for a baste on the Roti

Bill that is a awesome lemon tree you have there, we have avocado tree (never got anything from it). And the lamb looks awesome too. You are always doing something different and delicious.
