Fired up the red 1999 MT for breaded thighs.
I tried ground up pork rinds as the dry breading on the one bottom right, they didn't stick well with the spinning, I'll need to work on that and try again on a kettle's grate.
I make KFC a lot, about once a month, but this was my first time dipping into a batter first, then dry.
I think I'll stay with moistened pieces shaken in a bag of breading.
