Fired up the red 1999 MT for breaded thighs.
I tried ground up pork rinds as the dry breading on the one bottom right, they didn't stick well with the spinning, I'll need to work on that and try again on a kettle's grate.
I make KFC a lot, about once a month, but this was my first time dipping into a batter first, then dry.
I think I'll stay with moistened pieces shaken in a bag of breading.

Those look good to me Bob, wish I had a roti set up for my kettles. Barb and I are doing KFC tonight using the vortex to see if we get crisper chicken than just doing indirect / direct
