Just a classic gratin: http://www.lecreuset.com/the-classic-potato-gratin. I saw the sauce at COSTCO yesterday and this cook came to mind. I went indirect on the pork because of the sugar in the sauce. It didn't get the color I like when it got to temp but it was tasty.

Great dish there, never would have thought to put the habanero pineapple sauce with the tenderloins. Thinking about it it does make sense, interesting flavor mix. Taters look tasty to.

This is a Winter Warmer. Something to warm the soul as I contemplate why I am not watching the Dallas Cowboys.

I have a Surly Bender clone in the fermenter and a Dunkel on deck when that hits the keg.

I try to keep the pipeline going.
