Rib Eyes on the Santa Maria

seasoned two decent sized rib eyes with Penzey's Mitchell Street Steak rub

yeah, added long horns to the top of the SMG... kinda a rough cut, but that's ok, it ain't a tavern

Great cook as expected, love the highlife, now I'm gonna have to get some! Costco sells Santa Maria's any thoughts about those?

Great looking cook Jim....I'd sooner see a badger on top of that grill....well at least something red.
 
I don't know what's got me salivating more, those beautiful rib eyes or that Santa Maria grill.

My WSM isn't even seasoned yet, and now I'm scouring Santa Maria's product page. I don't even need the thing. I have 5 grills and a smoker in the backyard already. But it would look so good out there.
