seasoned two decent sized rib eyes with Penzey's Mitchell Street Steak rub
poured myself a cold local brew...
then got the steaks on the Santa Maria grill...
yeah, added long horns to the top of the SMG... kinda a rough cut, but that's ok, it ain't a tavern
back to the cowboys...
there's a little hickory in that fire for a touch of smoke
finally served with baked smash Yukons, asparagus and roasted onions
