One of our forum members Rolf Jacobsen and his son were nice enough to send me some Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub. Thank you guys.
I’ve seen folks use it on here but couldn’t find it up here in the mountains of AZ.
Decided to give it a try on some pork steaks last night. So fired up the SJ and cooked them up with just the Dizzy Pig.
Got to admit that is a good rub, both Barb and I enjoyed it very much.
Barb did a small Baker and steamed some broccoli and cauliflower.
Great dinner

Hmmm maybe I should have used the performer for these monsters.

Almost done, a little direct sear.

Beautiful looking pork dinner there Rich!
Yeah, that Rolf guy is a pretty good egg, eh?
And I know all about that seasoning you call Raging River Rub by the Dizzy Pig, some nice member also sent me some and It really is great stuff!

Rich;
Nice work! You and Barb ALWAYS deliver!

I, too, am a fan of Pork Steaks. In fact, I have a whole "bone-in" Boston Butt cut into steaks 3/4" thick when I buy them.

That's what I'm going to do the next time BBs are on sale. Can't beat the flavor.

I love pork steaks, I buy them all of the time. Can't go wrong with them! Glad to hear that rub tastes great!!!!

Love those pork steaks. Wifey is from the mid-west & she says "make me some like those!". Your side look terrific.
