Pork chop roast.

Pork loin I did a few days ago.
Used Kinders garlic&herb on the roast.
Found a recipe for the "best potatoes you'll ever taste"
So tried that with some baby carrots.

My favorite way to make baby back ribs, Timothy! Still attached to the loin! :)

That looks fantastic......lots of pork roasts around the board lately, and yours is right up there with the rest (and still some pink in there, too, so thanks for not cooking it past where I like it!) :)
