Pizza, thighs, and Aldi ribeyes

Flatbread, bbq sauce, sausage, brisket, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, and not enough cheese.

One shot of our boneless, skinless chicken thighs and corn dinner.

First time trying Aldi meats.
Weighing 1.4 lbs. total @ $6.99 per pound.

They were dried and on a wire rack in the fridge for 6 hours, salted and brought to room temp.
Grilled with Kingsford Pro Comp and hickory wood for smoke.

They were very good, but I'll stick with ribeyes from Costco since these had their caps removed.
Thanks for viewing!
Nice cooks Bob, Around here it's awful hard to beat Costco's meat for flavor and consistency.
Great looking cooks, Bob. I don't blame you for going back to Costco and getting a true ribeye with a cap.
Good looking grub there Bob. Although with beef prices still too high, those thighs are #1 on my list :)
Bob, it all looks fantastic but that flatbread is very interesting. I like that idea.
As always, the cooking is spot on and the photos are amazing. Might have to try that flat bread method, looks worthy
Your cook looks great as usual Bob, but the Aldi ribeyes kinda look like they were cut to fit the package for uniformity? Maybe they just don't
look like the ribeyes that I am used to seeing.
