Seems like we have a lot of pizza posts lately, including one from David C in Long Island that showed a pretty impressive mod to a 26" kettle.

I was doing a pie and thought I'd share my pics as well. Pretty simple stuff - set up the ring of fire, using KBB, a couple of maple splits and some small pieces of lump. Stone propped up by some old angle irons.


Pepperoni pie, store bought crust - on the stone getting crispy!


Perfect crust...pie came out great!


Lets see some more pies folks!
 
I would love to try out a pie...I'm hoping to find a Performer at some kind of discount and scoop one up...

where did you get your pizza recipe from?
