This New Year's Eve we kept it simple and did a taco bar style. We don't go out and get crazy like we just too or do the party scene for New Years. Now I rather stay home with my kids and have family and friends over....
It started like this.
Got a beef tongue on the smoker @275 and smoked with wine barell chunks
I also saw a thread from long time ago that if you remove one of the screws you can pass the wires for the maverick. Next time I will see if it holds 2 butts.
A few hours later I got the weber ready for my Carne Asada tacos
Did my favorite marinade.
Also grilled some chicken and chopped
