Thanks to all for the anniversary wishes on my other post!

I have a ball of pizza dough in the freezer from an Italian cafe and swear I'm gonna use it one of these days.
But flatbread is in there too for the times when a pizza mood suddenly strikes, like last night.

Topped with bbq sauce, leftover rib-eye, onions, mushrooms, mozzarella, and a hit of pepper.

Spun a few times indirect with a basket of Kbb.

Then a little direct to crisp the bottom.

Jo is still on her WW diet, but when I brought it in she said that looks really good, so I shared.
We both thought it was great, should have made two.
Tomorrow is Friday, hang in there everyone!

Bob, that is awesome and great way to use left over rib eye! I'm sure your special lady will make up for it today, you just have to treat yourself some times. That was a great treat too.

I can imagine :) Maybe I'll do something similar during the holiday season (a nice prime rib roast like yours).
