J J_E_F_F TVWBB Member Jan 12, 2019 #1 We've tried Ribeye, Porterhouse and now NY Strip, we both prefer the taste and texture of the Ribeyes. We tried these by themselves, but the plan for tonight was always to use up some mushrooms for Steak Marsala. Steaks on the Q1200.
