I do believe we will be seeing some even finer cooks in the future, I really want a Kettle roti I had one for the Genny but not as good flavor nor can not handle as big of a piece of meat,bird etc.

Happy belated birthday, Tony. What great gifts you received. I started to order the Kettle Pizza Oven a few weeks back. I watched the demos on Youtube and noticed the units they were using for their demo's didn't have that nice looking "Kettle Pizza" logo that yours has. In place of the KP logo, their logo simply said "Hot". I sent their customer service an email asking about this and never responded with a reply. I just kind of dropped it. I'll be curious to see how you like it.
