Since Rich did the ribs I went with the corn on the bone which is in his post and I finish it off with my mac salad and peach pie.
This is everything that goes into my salad, mixed together it comes out looking like this.
Next up is peach pie with my home made crust. Cooked in the 10” CIS on the performer. Cooked for about 40 minutes then ready to go in and rest till dinner time.
Plated and man was it good.
