brats from Jacobs Meats in Appleton Wisconsin

served with zucchini, grilled corn (from last summer) and sautéed onions with a little spiced shredded cheese atop the sausage

and one last shot: today's sun setting as the temps drop again to zero...

soo looking forward to this weekend... temps climb over 32º

we have had almost 2 months of temps in the 20's for highs and single #'s and below 0 at night....very atypical for New England.
But we are also turning the corner. stuff is starting to melt and I can think again about getting outside to cook. Meantime , I always enjoy your posts , Jim. Your food looks amazing and I love your yard. You got a great spot there , brother .
