Minitisserie Prime rib

Safeway had prime rib roasts on sale a week ago, $4.77/pound. Normally $12.99. I picked up the three best roasts that they had. Two I vac-packed and froze. I marinated this one in Worcestershire overnight and seasoned it with SPOG.

We were having friends over for dinner. The wife made a great potato salad. I made the Crater Lake rye whiskey chipotle pecan pie.

For fuel I used Kingsford professional. Lit through both side vents using the sidelight torch method. Sandwiched the roast between Octoforks.
