Happy Memorial Day everyone.

Yesterday was my Mom's 80th birthday so we had the folks out for dinner. I fixed a PSB in the pit barrel.
I wanted to use all of my cookers this weekend.
Here it is ready to go into the PBC

Smoked for about 4 hrs and ready to go spend time with the peppers & onions
Two hrs later and ready to shred.
Dinner is ready finally

I wanted to say a special shout out to Noah & Amber, they are the ones behind the Pit Barrel Cooker company. He is a Iraq vet. Thanks for all that you have done.
