Meat Loaf Surprise Inspired by Bob Correll and John SP

Will for starters I did up some Sour Cream and Onion Jalapeno poppers. Then the ingredient’s for the meat loaf was ground beef, cheddar brats thanks to Bob Correll, panko bread crumbs, egg sub, Weber’s Buzz n Honey sauce, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt & pepper, mushrooms, fresh Basil, Rosemary, Oregano and finished with my poppers. On the performer indirect heat for about 1 ½ to 1 ¾ hours. Based with Weber’s sauce during cook. Done and ready to slice for dinner along with corn on the bone and salad.

This one was fun doing and will be done again, it was delicious.

Bob, I sent a picture of Barb’s meatloaf to my cardiologist and he responded that he was putting me on the cardiologist diet which is “if it tastes good spit it out”.Also I swear if Barb doesn’t stop with all her good cooks my talking scale will never stop saying “one at a time please”!

Ya know, I'm thinking... that ain't soo big, I could probably eet that entire thing myself with room to spare for a cob or two of corn and that awesome salad...

That looks awesome. I wish I could find jalapenos around here that were milder, like my family in Texas buys at HEB.
