Maull’s Pork Steaks

Dinner tonight is pork steaks that were marinated overnight in Wickers. They were then seasoned with Pig Salt and Penzeys
33[SUP]rd[/SUP] and Galena. Put onto the Weber Performer, using KBB and some Missouri hickory chunks. The Pig Salt, Missouri hickory
chunks and the Maull’s were sent to me by my good friend, Bob Correll. I had mentioned in an early post that I wished they
sold the Maull’s in Georgia and Bob emailed me and said he would be sending me some. Thank you very much Bob.

Pork steaks getting saucy!

Pork steaks are done.

Plated with Knorr’s pasta Alfredo and French style green beans.

Fantastic pork steak! I now know why Maull’s and Pig Salt are so highly rated. Will definitely being ordering both when I
run out of my current supply.

Thanks once again Bob!

Thanks everyone for looking!

This is making me very hungry right about now!!!

their shipping charges are nasty! I selected a 6 pack of mixed flavors, it was $12.50 for the sauces, $15.07 for UPS ground. Better get the SLC UT guys together.....I'd sure like to try a chop like this or from Bob Correl or Jim Lampe.

Outstanding cook and photos Mike!
No one in StL could make them better!
Glad you like the sauce and etc.

Clint,
summer sales for Maull's is often a buck a bottle here.
maybe when the sales start I can set up something to ship some to members.
shipping may not be cheap, but the product price will be.
USPS flat rate would run about $12.35.
