Fired up the WSM for the first time tonight. Test run with a rack of ribs on her.

Please ignore the extension cord for the xmas lights.

Update: Its been running for 4 hours now and holding 240-250 degrees the entire time. Very impressed at the small amount of temp movement.

So how much did your 18.5 WSM set you back, got mine for 150. And it is a great tool.
