Used my "Meater+" for the first time. It worked great. I confirmed that it was real close to correct with my thermapen. No complaints for now.

A co-worker gave me a Traeger pellet smoker. So I brought it home, cleaned it up, and tried it out on ribs. I've never used a pellet smoker before. They turned out great. I did use a small smoke tube in the beginning to add some more smoke, but it held a solid temp for hours w/o any muss or fuss. I'll probably give this to a buddy of mine so he can use it out at his cabin.
