Another great recipe from Jamie!

This was a great eat and I'm not a huge portabello mushroom fan.

I decided to make homemade bread crumbs.

Roasted garlic bread purchased from the store, you can see the cloves are garlic in the slices.

I took these

Served with one of my FAVORITE beers.

I still had some marinade in the pan so I drizzled some over each shrooms before serving. Honestly a great and hearty eat, I would highly recommend!

James - very creative idea. I love using Portobellos as a vehicle on the grill. Your 'shrooms look awesome!
