Haven't made Pork Steaks in ages!
So i corrected the problem
on the 14" WSM with apple wood at a nice 275ºF
umm, inside the smoker... outside, it was a little colder.
yeah, 3 flippin' degrees. But we were out of the wind in the pig.
after two hours, i removed the center section and placed the cooking grate over the coal
i did sauce the steaks a little before serving, just did not photo that...
plated with iron skillet baked potatoes and a medley of veggies (carrots, cauliflower, Brussels and onions)
Pork steaks are always delicious, just not always made
