Long time no post or pictures

Howdy folks ....it’s been a long long time since I have posted sorry (as the door freaks open) quite frankly I have forgotten how to post pictures so I’m doing a test post to see if I can still manage..got some Bobs famous quick cure bacon and some venison snack sticks going this am while I’m stuck working from home (not as bad as it would seem)! Going low and slow at 125 with some hickory! Take care and hope to post some cooks on here if this one works!

Been watching Building Alaska, Alaska State Troopers and Alaskan Finest Chefs. And i can't get enough of it!
