Lamb Loin Chops, Crash Hot Potatoes and Asparagus

My wife got me the Mojoe Griddle for Father's Day and I finally got to try it out. I did some Lamb Loin Chops which I marinated for a few hours along with some asparagus on the Mojoe. Sided that up with a recipe that Dwain Pannell shared a while back, Crash Hot Potatoes. Thanks Dwain. Here are a few pic's.

Marinated the chops in some olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh chopped oregano, minced garlic, KSalt and Pepper. About 4 hours I guess.

The heat is back with us and I didn't want to heat up the house so I cooked the new potatoes on my camp stove.

Got the Crash Potatoes going.

Recipe calls to do potatoes 20-30 minutes at 450 degrees in the oven. Couldn't do that of course, so I got close to 450 on my 26er, using a few extra briquettes.

Chops on. About 2 minutes a side.

Asparagus also.

Potatoes nice and toasty and hot.

Everything came out fantastic. Was very happy with the cook. Love this griddle. I'm going to have a lot of fun with it. Thanks for looking.

Looks great, Cliff. Love the color you got on those chops (I don't get to eat lamb chops often, as my wife is not a fan.) The MoJoe griddle looks to be an amazing piece of kit from what I've seen here on TVWBB......I think I'm at "toy" equilibrium, though, which means I would have to get rid of one I have to acquire a new one..... :)

Thats a great looking cook on your new Mojoe grill, can't wait to see what you cook on it next, and the crash spuds look great on the 26er.

Yes I'd take a plate of that please! Great looking meal!

Wow Cliff, your cook, your photography and the colors are just amazing. Great first cook on the Mojoe! I'll bet your mind is full of possible cooks that were never possible before!

When Paula ordered your Mojoe, I didn't make the connection until just now!

Keep the posts/photos coming!
